| In 2001 fresh out of Blaxland High School in Australia Carl Xuereb was lucky to pick up work at Emu Plains Sport and Recreation as a simple floor and cleaning aid. Carl then slowly climbed the ladder and became a trainee bartender / cocktail tender. This is where he first began and his passion for the hospitality industry started. After the first cocktail he served was consumed in front of him and watching the patrons face light up with total and utter enjoyment that just sealed the deal. |

| After get tired of being limited to what he could serve. He looked at finding work on the weekends as a cocktail tender. Carl found that opportunity with Auzzie Stylez. A private company that was made for the hospitality industry contracting World Ranked Cocktail tenders to Night Club, Hotels and Taverns all around Sydney. He was hired as a Cocktail Assistant and contracted to the amazing Z-Tails. After three months of running around bars helping mixing cocktails and shooter every now and then he was offered to become a part of the team. Carl jumped at the opportunity to work with the best of the best. |

| Practicing day and night with empty bottles he had been given. He picked up flaring quite quick. His first live gig was with Z and M-tails in a local night club called ICE in 2002. After being swamped for six hours with a twenty deep bar all night he then learnt to be quicker and also smash less bottles. After his achievements of earning $311.50c in tips and making the venue fifteen thousand one hundred dollars over his till. Carl want to be involved in more gigs around Sydney which he was given. Carl went on with Auzzie Stylez around Sydney and Queensland Mixing and impressing crowds night after night enjoying every minute of it. After travailing around with the world rankers they then gave him a trading name of X-tail. Which is still known to may venues in Australia to this day. X-tails was then scouted by an alcohol company he then moved on from Auzzie stylez and jumped into the Hospitality screen full time. Mixing a range of old and new drink, Throwing bottles and glasses around, Fire breathing and tricks, entertaining crowds with magic and still giving them the best customer service at the same time. In 2004 X-tails was drafted overseas to work at The Hilton in New York as a Cocktail Tender and Concierge. He picked up different techniques and had a following of higher class clients. He then realised his ideas and dreams could come true. When returning to Australia mid way through 2005 and going back to his roots, X-tails then formed a small team which could offer Clubs, Pubs, Taverns and Hotels a fun and exciting way to sell cocktails / promote the venues / provide dj's or bands and make them profit all at the same time. |
