A ‘Mystery Shopper’ is a tool to assist Pubs, Clubs and Hotels to improve the overall quality and service provided to their customers 

The reason why we have incorporated
‘Mystery Shoppers’ in to Cheer’s M8:

As professionals, we know not all employees
perform at 100% of their capabilities whilst
working.  We assess and recommend what
areas need to change and improve within
your Company to ensure a higher quality
of service is maintained.
A group of professionals will come in
unannounced and put you staff to the test.
They will assess the following:

• Team leadership and team building – We have a look to see if they are a fully functional team.
• Customer service
• Knowledge of the Club and it’s services
• House rules and lawful responsibilities
• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Responsible Conduct of Gambling
